HealthLinks launches consulting company to help healthcare organizations compete, grow and thrive
A new advisory division, led by veteran healthcare executive Craig Kilgore, will help independent physician practices across the Southeast navigate an increasingly complex healthcare landscape.

HealthLinks has announced the launch of HealthLinks Consulting, a new advisory and consulting division built to help healthcare organizations, and independent medical practices in particular, navigate an increasingly complex healthcare landscape, improve sustainability and build a path to long-term success.
Led by longtime healthcare executive Craig Kilgore, HealthLinks Consulting will provide strategic guidance to networks, delivery systems and physician-led practices across the Southeast. The firm will help organizations strengthen operations, evaluate growth opportunities, improve profitability and develop strategies to stay competitive as the healthcare environment continues to change.
Kilgore brings more than 20 years of experience building and leading independent healthcare organizations. As CEO of Charleston ENT & Allergy, he grew the practice from a small independent group into South Carolina’s largest independent otolaryngology and audiology group. He also held executive leadership roles at Coastal Vascular & Vein Center, which has since expanded to six locations across the state.
Earlier in his career, Kilgore spent more than two decades in executive leadership at Holston Medical Group in Kingsport, Tennessee, helping lead the strategic growth of the 150-provider multispecialty practice while overseeing finance, operations, business development, information technology and physician contracting.
A Fellow of the American College of Medical Practice Executives, the profession’s highest distinction, Kilgore has spent his career helping physician-led organizations grow, improve performance and build sustainable models for long-term success.
